What is Nutramin?
Nutramin is an animal grade edible nutrient clay to be mixed in with animal feed. This could be dry kibble, grains, raw meats, or canned foods.
2. What is the average dosage?
Dry Food (kibble): Mix approx. one cup per ten pounds of kibble and shake to coat kibble pieces.
Wet Food (canned or fresh meat): Mix approx. one rounded teaspoon with every 16 oz. (1 lb.)
Drinking Water: Mix and stir ½ of teaspoon into drinking bowl, stir again prior to drinking.
Portions may vary depending on the age, weight, health and the pet’s activity level.
3. What is the difference between TERRAMIN and Nutramin?
Particle size, packaging, purity and price. Nutramin has a slightly larger particle although the same chemical analysis. Its ground from the loose earth like clay vs. the purer rock that TERRAMIN is ground from.

Why I Love It!
My kitty Lara gets the powder in her water. Lara was rescued from the animal shelter which of course she acquired kennel cough and leaky eyes. She does not have kennel cough anymore and her leaky eyes (which I understand is a yeast problem) has really cleared up a lot. The good thing is that Lara has only one leaky eye now and it is almost gone. Do I think the Nutramin had anything to do with the eye getting better? Yes because if I forget to give a pinch in her water, the eye seems to tear a little more than usual. I have not had to take Lara to the vet either for any illness. She is not a kitten and is around 8 years old and is the fastest kitty as she runs around the backyard! Her fur is shiny black and her overall wellness seems to be great! Does a pinch a day in her water keep the vet away? I hope so and so far Nutramin seems to work for Lara.
