I am a SCUBA diver and dive in cold waters where a hood is required if you don't want to freeze.On top of that, I have extremely fine hair (which I have repaired with this in the past) which salt water dries out super quick.I learned that divers usually use regular hair conditioner and that will keep your hair protected, but I have been using this and found it works much better.Also great to use in the swimming pool with chlorine or put a bit at the ends before a workout at the gym or before bed.
