Directions

Why I love it
I was unfamiliar with Colostrum as a dietary supplement. I found out it is great for the immune system as well as promoting healthy cell growth, especially after an injury or disease. I find it helps with a "balanced" feeling when drinking the Whey Protein and Glutamine shakes (see our other products) although it can be taken by itself. To be honest, it isn't the greatest tasting supplement in the world and it is a bit chalky in texture unless you add it to water or the shake itself which helps me get it down. The rest of the family is fine with it on its own, so you may not have a problem.
